Effective Date: September 28, 2026
Ride On is committed to protecting the privacy of information related to your health. This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains how Ride On collects, uses, protects and handles consumer health data and the choices and rights available to you.
This policy supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to consumer health data that Ride On collects or processes.
What We Mean by Consumer Health Data
Consumer health data is information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to you and relates to or reveals information about your health.
For Ride On, this may include information about your GLP-1 use or experience, medications, health conditions, symptoms, side effects, treatment, health goals and other health-related information you choose to provide.
Consumer Health Data We Collect
At initial membership signup, Ride On does not ask you to provide detailed health or medication information. We collect your first name, last name and email address.
Because Ride On is a GLP-1 community, joining Ride On may itself indicate or suggest information about your health or GLP-1 use.
In the future, you may choose to provide additional information about your GLP-1 experience, medication use, health, lifestyle, preferences and interests when completing your member profile or participating in Ride On opportunities.
We will tell you what information is being collected and why before you choose to provide it.
How We Use Consumer Health Data
Ride On may use consumer health data to:
- Create and manage your Ride On membership and member profile.
- Match you with opportunities that may be relevant to you.
- Communicate with you about Ride On and member opportunities.
- Understand the needs, experiences, preferences and interests of the GLP-1 community.
- Operate, improve and develop Ride On programs, services and member experiences.
- Combine, aggregate or de-identify information to identify trends and create insights that may be provided to brands, partners and other organizations without identifying individual members.
- Comply with legal requirements and protect the rights, safety and security of Ride On and its members.
Your identifiable consumer health data will not be sold or shared. Consumer health data may be included in aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you.
Ride On will not attempt to re-identify information that has been de-identified, and organizations receiving de-identified information from Ride On may not attempt to re-identify individual members.
Service Providers
Ride On may use trusted service providers to help us operate and protect Ride On, including providers that support secure data storage, technology, website operations, communications and security.
Service providers may only use Ride On consumer health data as directed by Ride On to perform the specific services they are engaged to provide. They may not use Ride On consumer health data for their own purposes or sell or share it.
Ride On requires service providers with access to consumer health data to protect its confidentiality and security.
Data Security
Ride On takes the security of consumer health data seriously. We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect consumer health data from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration or loss.
Ride On complies with applicable federal and state privacy and data security laws and regulations.
If a data breach affects your personal information or consumer health data, Ride On will provide notifications as required by applicable law.

You may ask Ride On to:
- Tell you what consumer health data we have about you.
- Provide you with a copy of your consumer health data.

Data Retention and Deletion
Ride On keeps consumer health data for as long as necessary to provide your membership, operate Ride On, fulfill the purposes described in this policy and meet our legal and business obligations.
If you end your Ride On membership or request deletion of your consumer health data, we will delete or de-identify the information, subject to any information we are required or permitted to retain by law.
Aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you may be retained and used by Ride On.
