1. Agreeing to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.rideonglp1.com (the "Site"), which is operated by Ride On ("Ride On," "we," or "us"). By checking the box on our signup form or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. You must be 18 or older to use it.
2. What the Site is
The Site allows eligible adults to join Ride On, a GLP-1 member community. Ride On is currently preparing for its full launch. Members may receive access to paid opportunities including interviews, focus groups, product testing, surveys, polls, events and other programs. Availability, eligibility, timing and compensation vary by opportunity, and joining Ride On does not guarantee that you will be offered or selected for any particular opportunity.
3. Not medical advice
Nothing on the Site is medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice of any kind, and Ride On is not a healthcare provider. Always talk with your doctor or another qualified healthcare provider about your health, medications, and treatment. Never ignore or delay professional advice because of something you saw on or in connection with the Site. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your doctor or local emergency services immediately.
4. No affiliation or endorsement
References to medications, manufacturers, pharmacies, healthcare providers or other companies do not by themselves indicate endorsement or recommendation by Ride On. Ride On may work with brands and other organizations on research, member opportunities, sponsored programs and other initiatives. Any sponsored or paid relationship will be identified where required. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
5. Your information and emails
Please sign up only for yourself and give accurate information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. If you agree on the signup form, we'll email you about Ride On, your membership, our launch, account information and opportunities available to members. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us at info@rideonglp1.com.
6. Paid Member Opportunities
Ride On may offer members opportunities to participate in interviews, focus groups, surveys, polls, product testing, events and other activities. Participation is always optional. Eligibility, requirements and compensation vary by opportunity. Before choosing to participate, you will be told what is involved and the compensation, if any, associated with the opportunity. Joining Ride On does not guarantee eligibility for or participation in any paid opportunity.
7. Acceptable use
Please don't:
- give false information or sign up on someone else's behalf
- use bots or other automated means to sign up or collect information from the Site
- try to access parts of the Site you're not authorized to use, or interfere with how it works
- use the Site for anything unlawful
- create multiple or duplicate accounts, manipulate eligibility or referral programs, or provide false information in order to obtain compensation or other benefits.
8. Our content
The Site's text, design, logos, and name belong to us or our licensors. You may view them for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't promise that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the community will launch.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Ride On and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Site. Some places don't allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using the Site and unsubscribe at any time. Ride On may suspend or terminate access, close signups, or remove a membership/signup when Terms are violated, eligibility requirements are not met, or a Ride On program is misused.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we'll post the new version with an updated date. If you keep using the Site after an update, the new Terms apply to you.
13. General
If any part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest stays in effect. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. If we don't enforce a provision right away, we haven't given up the right to do so later.
