Ride On respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have regarding your information.

Information We Collect

When you join Ride On, we collect the information you provide to us, including your first name, last name and email address.

In the future, Ride On may offer opportunities for members to share additional information about themselves, their GLP-1 experience, medication use, health, lifestyle, preferences and interests. We will tell you what information is being collected and why before you choose to provide it.

We may automatically collect limited information when you visit our website, such as your device type, browser type, IP address and information about how you interact with the site. This information helps us operate, secure and improve Ride On.

Because Ride On is a GLP-1 community, your membership may itself reveal or suggest information related to your health. We treat this information with care and provide additional information about our practices in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

At this time, Ride On does not collect detailed health or medication information as part of the initial membership signup.

How We Use Your Information

We may use your information to:

  • Create and manage your Ride On membership.
  • Communicate with you about Ride On, your membership and opportunities available to members.
  • Determine which opportunities may be relevant to you based on information you choose to share with us.
  • Operate, maintain, secure and improve Ride On and the member experience.
  • Understand the needs, interests and experiences of the GLP-1 community.
  • Combine, aggregate or de-identify information to understand trends, needs, preferences and experiences across the GLP-1 community and create insights that may be provided to brands, partners and other organizations without identifying individual members.
  • Comply with legal requirements and protect the rights, safety and security of Ride On and its members.

Your personal information and health data will not be sold or shared. We may use aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you to understand the GLP-1 community and create insights.

Ride On complies with applicable federal and state privacy and data security laws and regulations.

Ride On keeps your information for as long as necessary to provide your membership, operate Ride On, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and meet our legal and business obligations.

If you end your Ride On membership or request deletion of your information, we will delete or de-identify your information, subject to any information we are required or permitted to retain by law.
